And you don't want the public to put the leaves outside the garden at 8 pm ; gardens may get sanitation fine. And it might help pin down the actual time slots that the garden coordinators need to obtain from their volunteers. Just a thought. Maybe the time slot is not necessary. AS it may vary from site to site.
